We are committed to selling high quality Products that we hope you enjoy using. Nonetheless we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be occasions when you need to exchange or return something you have bought. You must therefore make sure that you check your Products carefully at the time of delivery before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your delivery receipt and copy of your order, which is accessible from your online profile as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries. Products purchased can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging/box/dustcover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition.
- If you would like to return a product we have delivered or in process of delivery within the specified two days window, you may contact our Customer Service Center on email : [email protected] to obtain a preliminary approval for the return – we might ask for the photos related to the product you received.
- Once the return is approved officially by us, returned products shall be shipped back to the following address (returned package shall include a print out of the original order confirmation letter):

- Cost of shipping back the Product to the address specified in this Policy shall be paid by the customer.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless for manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the prescribed specifications or standards or if the Product received is different from the Product paid for by you, or if the Product is not genuine or are counterfeit):
- Wearables ( T-shirts, Polo Shirts, Hoodie, Caps , Jackets & Sweater)
- Jaguar / Land Rover Pen
Fragile items purchase – You have to make sure that the received items are in good condition in front of the courier staff. If the product received is in damaged condition upon delivery, then please take a written confirmation for the damaged item from the courier staff and forward us your claim along with a photograph of the damaged product.
- If the purchased Products – because of their nature or the way they are packaged or wrapped – can never be reinstituted to the position as they were at the purchase date or can never be offered for sale to the general public, then we may have the right to reject their return or replacement.
- We may have the right of not accepting the return or replacement of Products, if they were sold during special promotions and/or sales.
- Note that refunds will be carried out by Cheque in Customers name only on submission on the following document:
- Valid Emirates ID or
- Passport copy
- Refunds may take up to two weeks.
We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse Orders from customers with excessive returns levels. However, nothing in this Returns policy is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under UAE law.
