RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We recommend reading thoroughly our full return policy for detailed terms a conditions prior to your purchase.

RETURN PERIOD

Products can be returned within 14 days from day of purchase.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Products can not be returned in case they were:

– Electronic components
– not in a good condition, or not saleable or merchantable
– used already
– cannot be wrapped back into their original packaging
– sold during promotional periods or
– returned by customer with excessive return rates

RETURN STEPS

1. Call our customer care team on +974 4447 7566 for a preliminary approval
2. Wrap the products back in their original packing
3. Ship back the product or bring it in person to the following address

4. Returned products are subject to final check once they arrive
5. Refund will be made in the original form the purchase was made, and might take up to 14 working days.

* Cost of shipping back the Product shall be paid by the customer (QAR 30)

REPLACEMENT

Replacements accepted unless the product is damaged by misuse or mistake by the customer, and subject to the terms above.

Shipping fees will be calculated on check out.
